Play Ball's Softball Pitching Clinic focuses on the mechanics needed to pitch a softball "windmill style". Participants will do various drills to help improve their overall ability to pitch. The program is designed for beginner and intermediate pitchers.

Clinic Description:
This program, run in conjunction with HITEST Fitness, will focus on core strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Athletes will focus on total body quickness, proper running technique, core strengthening and conditioning. Resistance training, plyometrics, and core training will be used to enhance explosiveness and power. Become a faster and stronger athlete!

Clinic Description:
Play Ball's ASTP is designed for the athlete who's looking to prepare himself/herself for the upcoming baseball/softball season.

The ASTP will be run by former Arizona Diamondback player Allen Mottram. This program will improve the player's overall game in the following areas.

• Core Training - Training with medicine balls for explosive power
• Speed/agility - Improve quickness and foot speed through various drills.
• Defense - Improve your defensive skills through drills and pro instruction.
• Hitting - Improve your hitting and mental approach through drills and pro instruction

2 Sessions (Each Session is 5 weeks)

Ages: 13-19

Session 1: Starts Jan. 3rd

Session 2: Starts Feb. 7th

Time and Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm - 5:00pm

These school vacation camps will focus on the fundamentals an techniques needed for developing baseball/softball players. Participants will be separated by age groups and drilled in the areas of throwing, hitting, fielding and will have the opportunity to learn their favorite position. Play Ball's Professional Staff will run this popular camp.
